Bluewater Sales grad Dream Ahead is off to a stellar start at stud. His first two-year-olds just started hitting the track and already he has three winners, including today’s newest TDN Rising Star, Final Frontier.

The colt out of multiple stakes winner Polly Perkins (IRE) was making his first career start in a 6 f. maiden race at the Curragh and posted an impressive 4-1/2 length win.

Trained by Jessica Harrington for owners Mrs. P K Cooper & Vimal Khosla, the colt will likely be pointed toward the Anglesey Stakes (G2) later this summer with an ultimate goal of the National Stakes (G1) in September.

Final Frontier is by Dream Ahead, who was originally sold as a yearling by Bluewater Sales for $11,000 at the 2009 Keeneland September Sale. He went onto win six of nine races, including the Prix Morny (G1), Middle Park Stakes (G1), Dewhurst Stakes (G1), July Cup (G1), Betfred Sprint Cup (G1), and the Prix de la Foret (G1) and earned $1,261,155.

Dream Ahead stands at Ballylinch Stud in Ireland for a fee of €15,000 and shuttles to Emirates Park Stud in Great Britain for the Southern Hemisphere season.
